Getting Started
This checklist is for users who want to try Bonkit for the first time without reading every page.
Bonkit is non-custodial. All transactions are executed directly from the wallet you control.
Environment
- Node.js
>= 18andpnpmfor the CLI and the generated app - A Solana wallet that can sign transactions, or a dedicated keypair for the local signer mode
- SOL in the signing wallet to cover Solana network fees
- For
mainnet-beta: your own RPC endpoint
Data
- A wallet list prepared as CSV in
address, amountformat. See Wallet List Format. - The mint address of the token you will distribute.
Choose Your Tool
- Use the Airdrop Studio CLI when you want a configurable local studio that creates the on-chain airdrop and generates a deployable claim site.
- Use the Airdrop SDK when you want to embed eligibility checks and claim transactions inside your own app or backend.
Run Your First Airdrop on Devnet First
Before you spend real SOL or tokens, run the full flow on devnet. Devnet assets carry no value, so you can complete draft, recipients, deposit, and start end-to-end before switching to mainnet-beta.
